SignageBuzz Division of Niral Co LLC, which you'll see referred to as "www.signagebuzz.com," "we," or "us," operates this website www.signagebuzz.com designed to provide products and services related to creating and managing indoor & outdoor displays, booths, canopy tents, flags, and signage for sales and marketing purposes (collectively referred to as "Products"). Your access to this website and our services (defined below) is contingent upon your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, and notices outlined below (collectively, the "Terms of Service"). By creating an account or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Terms of Service

This agreement applies to both individual users and representatives of organizations. If you're accepting these Terms of Service on behalf of a company, business, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to legally bind that entity and its affiliates. Consequently, throughout the Terms of Service, "you" and "your" refer to the entity and its affiliates. However, if you lack such authority or disagree with these Terms, you are not authorized to accept them on the entity's behalf, and consequently, may not use this website or its services.

1.2. Upon registering for the Services, you commit to providing and maintaining accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested by the registration form. We handle and process your registration data, along with other pertinent information about you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1.3. You acknowledge and consent to the possibility of us changing or modifying the Terms of Service in the future. These changes become effective immediately upon posting on the Website. By continuing to access or use this Website after any such change, you accept the altered or modified Terms of Service. While SignageBuzz strives to provide notice of any such changes, our failure to do so does not relieve you of your obligation to comply with the modified Terms of Service. You agree to periodically review the most recent version of these Terms of Service as posted on the Website.

1.4. You agree and recognize that certain Services provided by us may be subject to additional terms, which will be appended to such Services from time to time. All such terms are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

1.5. Should you breach any terms and conditions stated in our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to immediately terminate our Services, suspend your SignageBuzz account, and/or take any other legal action available to us.

1.6. Utilizing any services not directly provided by us (including, but not limited to, warehousing services) necessitates entering into a separate legally binding service agreement with the respective third-party service provider. You acknowledge and agree that we bear no liability for any actions, errors, or omissions (including negligence or willful misconduct) of any third-party service providers with whom you or your affiliates may engage, regardless of the purpose.

Production Time

Production for your canopy tents, flags, table covers, booths, and signage typically begins on the first business day following artwork approval. This turnaround time excludes shipping and applies to most portable displays. However, some product pages may have different timelines. If you require your display faster than six to ten business days, a rush service charge will apply.

Rush Orders

SignageBuzz offers expedited production for your orders, but a rush fee of 20% or more will apply. These fees are non-refundable. While we strive to fulfill all rush orders, there may be situations where a single production run is necessary, and we cannot guarantee the graphics in such cases. However, if any defects appear in your graphics after your show, we'll happily reprint the affected piece at 50% of the standard price.

Printed Graphics

We appreciate you providing us with as much lead time as possible to produce your top-quality printed graphics. Upon receiving your artwork, our Graphics Department will review it to ensure it meets our specifications. If modifications are needed, you'll be notified and have the option to make them yourself or have our department handle them for a $100/hour fee with a one-hour minimum. Once approved artwork is received, you'll get a PDF proof via email within one business day. Please review and approve it electronically before production starts. Note that the e-proof verifies element placement and size, not color accuracy. A hard-proof for color requires a $100 fee. With your approval, printing takes 3-10 business days depending on the chosen product's turnaround time. This timeframe starts after approval, not from artwork receipt or order placement. Rush fees apply for graphics needing faster turnaround than our standard lead time. Our sales team will contact you if you purchased expedited graphics with ground shipping.

Color Matching

SignageBuzz offers PMS color matching services for an additional $50 per color. While our printing process utilizes CMYK on both coated and uncoated materials, we reference PMS colors for accuracy. However, a perfect match cannot always be guaranteed.

To ensure color satisfaction, we strongly recommend ordering a printed proof. If a proof is not requested, we will make every effort to match PMS colors closely. However, we cannot be held responsible for any color variations that may not meet your expectations. Please note that shipping costs for printed proofs are the customer's responsibility.

Artwork Requirements

Submitted artwork must be fully approved and print-ready. SignageBuzz cannot be held liable for inaccuracies in "pre-designed artwork" provided by the client.

Reordering and Color Variations

When reordering, slight color variations may occur compared to the original order. This is due to potential differences in ink formulations and material batches from the manufacturer.

File Specifications

Files that do not meet our bleed specifications may require SignageBuzz to add a border to ensure proper printing. Additionally, files submitted in RGB mode will be automatically converted to CMYK. Please be aware that this conversion may cause slight color shifts.

File Submission

We accept file submissions via email or through our website.

Ownership of Artwork

1. Client-Provided Materials:
   All images you provide remain your property or the property of the copyright holder. You agree not to use SignageBuzz's images in any way not authorized by this agreement without written permission from SignageBuzz.
2. SignageBuzz's Images:
   During our work, we may photograph completed projects. We reserve the right to use these images on our website and for promotional purposes.
3. Artwork Ownership:
   SignageBuzz retains ownership of all graphic design elements (artwork) we create until you purchase the artwork rights. Upon purchase, ownership transfers to you (the Customer). However, SignageBuzz retains rights to the design elements themselves, such as typography, patterns, stock art, textures, and shapes.
4. Limited Use of Services:
   The services we provide are for your specific project only. You cannot use them for other promotional materials, websites, or printed materials without our permission.
5. Reproduction Rights:
   Upon full payment, you will receive reproduction rights for all approved final designs we create for this project.
6. Showcasing Artwork:
   You grant SignageBuzz permission to showcase the artwork we create for you on our website. No one else can use artwork displayed on our website except you, the purchaser, or those you give permission to use it.

After Payment

SignageBuzz will promptly send the artwork to the customer upon receipt of valid payment. Once the customer receives the artwork, SignageBuzz will no longer be responsible for its maintenance. However, we will retain a copy of the artwork in our digital files for up to one year from the order date.

Right to Refuse

SignageBuzz reserves the right to refuse printing any material it considers inappropriate or illegal, at its sole discretion.

The Client acknowledges that SignageBuzz and its affiliates (including subsidiaries, agents, employees, and parent company) will not be held liable for any damages arising from accidental copyright infringement or unauthorized use of trade names or slogans.

The Client warrants that they own all materials (in any format) submitted for printing or publication. SignageBuzz will rely on this warranty as justification for proceeding with the printing.

Errors

Client Errors and Liability:

• The client is financially responsible for errors discovered in their job after printing. In such cases, full compensation must be paid to SignageBuzz.
• SignageBuzz's liability for printing errors in the client's artwork is limited to a single reprint within one week of the client's claim.
• To qualify for a reprint, the client must submit a written or email claim within three business days of receiving the job.

SignageBuzz's Limitations of Liability:

• SignageBuzz is not liable for any damages beyond the cost of a reprint as specified above. This includes general, consequential, or special damages resulting from the error.
• SignageBuzz is not liable for failing to print a job due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. Examples include floods, fires, riots, strikes, holidays, material shortages, government orders, transportation issues, illness, natural disasters, or any other unforeseeable cause.
• In such cases, this agreement will be suspended until printing becomes possible again. The terms will then be extended for a comparable period to accommodate the delay. Neither party will be held liable for damages arising from this suspension.

Shipping Methods

SignageBuzz uses UPS and FedEx to ship orders. To ensure timely delivery, please provide a physical street address, as we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please note that production time does not include transit time.

Time Critical Orders

If your event has a specific date, be sure to let us know during checkout!

In the order notes section, you can indicate your desired "in-hand" date by which you need the order. This is especially important for custom orders with artwork, as they may require expedited shipping to ensure timely arrival.

Our friendly customer service team will always contact you about any additional shipping costs before making any changes to your order. You won't be charged a penny without your explicit approval.

Just a heads up, SignageBuzz reserves the right to choose the most suitable carrier for your order.

Shipping Damage

If you receive a damaged product, please note that this is considered a non-warranty issue. To ensure a swift resolution, promptly report any damage to our customer service department within three business days of receiving the package. When filing your claim, we may request digital photos as documentation of the damage to both the packaging and the product itself. Remember, it's important to sign for the package as "damaged" upon delivery. Fortunately, if the damage occurred due to mishandling by the shipping company, your shipment is insured, and we will work diligently to expedite the claim process. While we're committed to assisting you, please be aware that we may not cover any additional charges for expedited shipping if replacements or repairs are needed.

Missing Parts

To ensure accurate deliveries, please carefully check your shipment against the packing list upon arrival. You have five (5) business days following receipt to report any missing items. If you suspect any discrepancies or missing parts, don't hesitate to contact our customer service department as soon as possible.

Carrier Delays

SignageBuzz is committed to delivering high-quality products quickly. We take great pride in our efficient production processes, ensuring that orders are produced and shipped promptly. It's important to understand, however, that once your order leaves our facility, the delivery timeline is in the hands of the carrier company. While SignageBuzz cannot be held responsible for missed event dates due to carrier delays, we'll always be happy to assist you in tracking your order and contacting the carrier if needed.

Return Policy

SignageBuzz offers a 15-business-day return window for unused, non-custom made products and graphic prints. However, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and a 10% return fee. Additionally, customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations are subject to a fee. For standard orders, a 20% cancellation fee of the total order value will apply. However, for custom-made items or orders with printed graphics, you will be responsible for any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. This may include labor, materials, and the custom graphic prints themselves.

Warranty Information

SignageBuzz prides itself on the quality of its products. We confidently warrant all displays against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty covers repairs or replacements, at our discretion, for any malfunctioning hardware or parts you return to us. However, the warranty excludes issues arising from regular wear and tear, misuse, neglect, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. For your peace of mind, SignageBuzz will cover any shipping damage incurred when we handle the transportation. In all other cases, the carrier responsible for shipping is liable for any damage during transport.

Warranty Terms

Shipping Damage:Inspect your order carefully upon delivery. Report any shipping damage within 3 business days of signed acceptance. Later reports will be handled under our warranty policy (details below).

Warranty:SignageBuzz warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a reasonable period of time under normal use. This warranty covers general wear and tear and ensures repair or replacement for qualifying product failures.

What's Not Covered: This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, improper handling, failure to follow user instructions, destruction, loss, theft, unauthorized modifications, vandalism, or natural disasters. SignageBuzz reserves the right to determine the cause of damage and the appropriate warranty response in case of disputes.

Warranty Period

SignageBuzz warrants its hardware against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. We guarantee your products will arrive in new, fully operational condition. However, warranty coverage for specific functionalities may vary. Please refer to the respective product page for the warranty duration, which typically ranges from 1 to 3 years depending on the chosen item.

Standard Warranty

Experience a product issue within the warranty period? Contact our customer service team for help. They'll ask some questions to understand the problem and find the best solution. If your product needs to be returned, you'll have 10 days after receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to send it back to SignageBuzz.

Out of Warranty

SignageBuzz is dedicated to supporting our products even beyond the warranty. If your product fails after the warranty expires, contact us. Our technical support team will discuss repair options and associated costs.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and code, is protected by copyright laws of the United States and other countries. This content belongs to SignageBuzz and is considered a collective work, which may also include licensed materials.

You may electronically copy or print portions of this website for the sole purpose of placing an order or purchasing SignageBuzz products. Downloading or printing materials for personal, non-commercial use, or for placing an order, is also permitted, unless otherwise restricted.

Use of Site

Additionally, impersonating SignageBuzz staff, other users, or site representatives is strictly prohibited. Content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise violates privacy is not allowed to be uploaded or shared. Uploading commercial content or soliciting users for other online services is also forbidden. Remember, this type of behavior can be illegal and harmful, and we will not tolerate it on our site.
