10x20 Canopy Tent Frame
10x20 Canopy Tent Frame in 40mm or 50mm Hexagonal Aluminum
Double your booth without doubling your setup time. A commercial 10' x 20' pop-up canopy frame covers about 200 square feet, the same as two 10x10 tents but with one clean roof line and no gap in the middle. It is the go-to size for food trucks and concession stands, double vendor booths, car and boat dealers, school and team events and brand tours. The 40mm hexagonal aluminum frame comes standard and handles most events; the 50mm heavy-duty upgrade adds 2mm walls plus larger inner legs and cross tubes for open, windy sites and rental fleets. Six legs and reinforced truss bars carry the long 20' span, and the one-piece folding frame opens without tools at three heights. Fits all SignageBuzz 10x20 canopy tops, walls and banners.

10x20 Frame Tubing by Option
Upgrading to 50mm makes every major tube larger and thicker, not just the outer legs.
| Part | 40mm Hexagonal Aluminum | 50mm Heavy-Duty Aluminum |
|---|---|---|
| Outer leg | 40 x 40 x 1.2mm | 50 x 50 x 2mm |
| Inner leg | 35 x 35 x 1.2mm | 45 x 45 x 2mm |
| Truss / cross tube | 13 x 25 x 1.0mm | 15 x 32 x 1.5mm |
Both options share the same 233.86" x 118.11" footprint, so any SignageBuzz 10x20 top or wall fits.

What Each 10x20 Frame Part Does
Use the parts chart to see how the frame is built:
- Steel Foot Plates: Each of the six feet has stake holes for grass, gravel or asphalt.
- Hex Legs, 40mm or 50mm: Six-sided aluminum tubing resists bending along the long span.
- Height Pins: Lock the legs at one of three heights, 4" apart.
- Latch Sliders: Snap each leg into place with one push and release it with your thumb.
- Canopy Velcro Points: Keep a 20' top from shifting when the wind picks up.
- Pivot Washers: Heavy nylon washers protect every joint as the frame folds.
- Truss Bars: Scissor trusses keep the 20' roof straight from end to end.
- Peak Crank: Tighten the canopy at each peak for a smooth, drum-tight roof.
Swapping Out an Old 10x20 Frame?
Most standard 10' x 20' pop-up canopy tops fit this frame. Check your current tent leg to leg; if it measures 10' x 20', reuse your printed top, walls and banners and just replace the hardware.
No Artwork Needed: Choosing a 10x20 Frame
This frame ships as unprinted hardware, so there is no template. Want your logo on it? Order a custom printed 10x20 canopy top and upload your artwork there.

10x20 Canopy Tent Frame FAQs
Quick answers about 40mm vs 50mm, dimensions, legs, wind and warranty.
Should I choose the 40mm or 50mm 10x20 frame?
Pick 40mm (1.2mm walls, about 92 lbs) for trade shows and calmer days. Pick 50mm (2mm walls, about 120 lbs) for open, windy sites, daily use or rentals.
What does the 50mm upgrade cost?
The 40mm frame is included in the price. The 50mm heavy-duty frame adds $200.
What are the 10x20 frame dimensions?
233.86" x 118.11" footprint, 125.98" to 134.64" overall height and 73.23" to 81.89" leg clearance.
How many legs does a 10x20 canopy frame have?
Six: four corners plus one in the middle of each 20' side.
Is a 10x20 the same as two 10x10 tents?
It covers the same 200 sq ft as two 10x10 tents, but with one continuous roof and six legs instead of eight, so there is no gap in the middle.
Does it come with a canopy top?
No. It is the frame only and fits every SignageBuzz 10x20 canopy top, wall and banner.
Can it replace my current 10x20 frame?
Usually, yes. If your tent measures 10' x 20' leg to leg, your existing top will fit.
How windy can it get?
With all six legs weighted or staked, the 40mm frame is rated to 25 mph and the 50mm frame to 37 mph.
How many people does setup take?
Two people can raise it in a few minutes; a third helps on windy days.
What warranty comes with it?
Both frame options carry a 2-year frame warranty.
