Please note: Production lead times begin upon print proof approval. If proofs are approved after 03:00 PM (noon), the production lead time will start on the next business day. AFTER PLACING THE ORDER

Once your order is received, our design team will review your artwork. They may make some edits or prepare proofs for your approval. You will then receive an email with attachments containing the final proofs for your review. After carefully reviewing the proofs, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval.

Note: While your order is important, production lead time starts only after you approve the print proofs we send you for your review.

Return Policy

We kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. A 30% restocking fee may apply. To ensure a smooth return process, please return your items within 10 business days of the original shipment date. Please note that SignageBuzz cannot accept returns for used products, custom-made items, or graphic prints.

How long does it take to erect this booth?

The setup is seamless and stress-free. With the snap-tube frame system, the booth is easy to set up by two people in only 15-20 minutes. All poles are precounted and have their clips attached to build up. Push the button locks for all four sides of this black frame. This makes the whole process easy for anyone - everyone!

Can I change or add graphics further down the line?

Yes. The booth is constructed with SEG (Silicone Edge Graphic) pillowcase-style fabric panels, engineered for simple re-skinning. You can swap out graphics independently without needing to buy a new frame, thus keeping its cost down at the same time as updating your branding message for every event.

Are the LED lights adjustable?

Yes. The 40W LED spotlights supplied offer adjustable brightness and warmth (Cool White/Warm White). That flexibility enables you to control the mood, whether you like it bright, bold, and hard or warm, soft, and inviting.

How portable is this booth?

All parts collapse and store flat inside tough, soft canvas carry bags. Its ultra-lightweight aluminum frame makes it easy to carry, move, or store - yet qualified for heavy-duty use at tradeshows and events when portability is of utmost importance.

Can it hold a very large screen TV?

Yes. Each built-in TV mount can carry televisions from 26” to 55” and up to 30 lb. This makes it perfect for product demonstrations, looping promotional videos, and live presentations, adding a dynamic and engaging aspect to your stand.
