10x10 Canopy Tent Frame
10x10 Pop-Up Canopy Tent Frame in 40mm or 50mm Hexagonal Aluminum
Replace a worn-out frame or build a new pop-up tent from the ground up with a commercial 10' x 10' instant canopy frame. Choose the 40mm hexagonal aluminum frame, our most popular all-rounder for markets, trade shows and weekend events, or upgrade to the 50mm heavy-duty aluminum frame with thicker 2mm walls for windy outdoor sites, rental fleets and everyday commercial use. Both frames open in about a minute with no tools, adjust to 3 heights, use the same 10x10 canopy tops, walls and banners, and pack into a carrying bag. Add sand bags, stakes and ropes or a wheeled bag to complete your setup.

Pop-Up Tent Frame Parts Explained
The chart shows every key part of the frame. Here is what each one does for you at an event:
- Zinc-Plated Steel Feet: Thick foot plates with stake holes keep every leg planted on grass, gravel or pavement.
- Hexagonal Aluminum Legs: The 40mm or 50mm hex profile resists bending better than round or square legs.
- 3 Adjustable Heights: Push-pin locks set the leg clearance from 73.23" to 81.89".
- Thumb Latch Slider: Locks each corner with one click and releases with your thumb, keeping fingers clear.
- Velcro Canopy Tabs: Hold the canopy top tight to the frame so it does not shift in the wind.
- Nylon Pivot Washers: Heavy-duty washers at every joint for smooth folding without metal-on-metal wear.
- Reinforced Truss Bars: Cross-braced scissor bars keep the roof square and rigid.
- Tensioning Crank Handle: Tightens the canopy top at the peak for a smooth, wrinkle-free roof.
Replacing an Old Pop-Up Tent Frame?
Standard 10x10 pop-up canopy tops from most brands fit this frame. Measure your old tent from leg to leg. If it is 10' x 10', keep your printed canopy top, walls and banners and simply swap in a new frame.
No Artwork Needed: Frame Selection Guide
The canopy frame is unprinted hardware, so there is no template to download. Want a branded tent? Add a custom printed 10x10 canopy top and send your artwork with that order.
