Custom Printed Full Wall with Zippered Door for Pop-Up Canopy Tents
Turn one side of your pop-up canopy into a branded wall with a real walk-through entrance. This full wall has a built-in zippered door (3.93 ft wide x 6.08 ft tall) that zips open on both sides and rolls up with Velcro straps, so customers, staff and deliveries can come and go while the rest of the wall stays closed. Use it as the front entrance of a vendor booth, a staff-only back door, a private changing or storage area, or a clean branded backdrop at trade shows, farmers markets, festivals, sports events and food stands. The wall and door are custom printed in full color, single or double sided.

How the Zippered Door Works
The door is cut into the wall and closes with zippers on both sides. Unzip it to walk through, or roll it up from the bottom and fasten it with the two Velcro straps at the top to keep the entrance open. Velcro on the front and back top edge attaches the wall to your canopy, so one person can set it up in minutes.
Single or Double Sided Printing
Every full wall with door is custom printed. Choose the print that fits your setup.
- Single Sided: Your design prints on the outside face, with a mirror image showing through on the inside.
- Double Sided: A block-out liner is sewn between two printed faces, so your design looks crisp inside and out.

Every full wall with door is custom printed. Download the template for your wall size and print sides, check where the door and zippers sit, and upload the finished file with your order.
Artwork Requirements
- Use the template for your wall size, frame and print sides.
- Accepted files: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG and SVG. AI and PDF work best.
- Keep the artwork at the same size as the template.
- Maximum upload size is 200 MB.
- Files that do not meet these requirements can delay production.
Design Tips
- Mind the door: the door outline and zippers are marked on the template; keep key text off the zipper lines.
- Use the door as a feature: a logo or call to action on the door is seen by everyone who walks in.
- Double sided: supply one design for each face on the double-sided template.
- Image quality: use vector artwork or 150 dpi images at full size.
- Fonts: convert text to outlines or include your fonts.

What size is the door?

Which wall sizes are available?
We make the full wall with door for 10' x 10', 10' x 15' and 10' x 20' pop-up canopy tents.
Can I choose where the door goes?
Yes. The door can be placed in the center or at one side. Add your choice in Specific Instructions when you order.
How does the door open?
It has zippers on both sides. Unzip to walk through, or roll the door up and fasten it with the two Velcro straps at the top.
Is the door printed too?
Yes. The wall and door are printed together in full color, single or double sided.
What are the Left & Right Zippers option for?
They add zippers along both outer edges of the wall so you can join it to other walls or open the corners.
How does the wall attach to my canopy?
Velcro is sewn along the front and back top edge. Press it onto your canopy frame, with no tools needed.
Will it fit my tent frame?
The wall fits 31mm square, 40mm hex and 50mm hex frames. For another brand, add the brand and leg size in Specific Instructions or email sales@signagebuzz.com.

How to Set Up Your Canopy and Full Wall with Door
Use our video to set up your SignageBuzz pop-up canopy, then follow these steps to hang your full wall with door. It takes just a few minutes and no tools.
Installing the Door Wall
- Open your canopy. Set up the frame and lock the legs at full height, as shown in the video.
- Position the wall. Hold the wall against the side you want to close, with the door where you want your entrance.
- Fasten the top. Press the Velcro along the top edge onto the canopy frame, working from one corner to the other.
- Check the sides. Zip the door closed, or roll it up and fasten it with the two Velcro straps to keep it open.
- Smooth it out. Straighten the fabric so the wall and door hang flat.
Setup Tips
- Close the door zippers before packing to protect them.
- Let the wall dry fully before packing it after rain.
- Pack the wall loosely to avoid creases in the print.
