Mesh Upper, Solid Lower: How It Works
The top edge has a continuous heavy-duty Velcro strip that lines up with your canopy valance for a gap-free fit, and reinforced buckle straps wrap each tent leg to keep the wall tight and flap-free. The mesh upper lets a cross-breeze through and keeps your booth bright, while the solid lower half blocks the view of everything behind your counter and carries your printed graphics.

The solid lower panel is always custom printed. Choose the option that fits your setup.
- Single Sided: Your design prints on the outside face of the lower panel.
- Double Sided: The double-layer 600D panel is printed on both faces, so it looks finished from inside and outside the tent.

Download the template that matches your tent size, frame (40mm or 50mm), print sides and zipper choice. Place your main design on the solid lower panel, which is the area that carries the strongest print. Using a 31mm square frame? Email us and we will send the right template.
Artwork Requirements
- Use the template for your wall size, frame and print sides.
- Accepted files: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG and SVG. AI and PDF work best.
- Keep the artwork at the same size as the template.
- Maximum upload size is 200 MB.
- Files that do not meet these requirements can delay production.
Design Tips
- Design for the lower panel: logos and text read best on the solid 600D section.
- Mesh prints single sided: on double sided walls the second face covers the lower panel only.
- Pick the zipper version: use a "With Zipper" template if you add Left & Right Zippers.
- Image quality: use vector artwork or 150 dpi images at full size.
- Fonts: convert text to outlines or include your fonts.

What sizes are available?
We make this wall for 10' x 10', 10' x 15' and 10' x 20' pop-up tents. The walls measure 117.3", 176.8" and 233" wide by 81.9" tall.
How tall is the mesh section?
The mesh upper is 44.1" tall and runs the full width of the wall. The solid printed panel below it is about 37.8" tall.
What is the mesh made of?
It is a warp-knit mesh with a fine weave that lets air through while blocking flying insects and debris.
Is the lower panel printed?
Yes. The double-layer 600D polyester lower panel is printed with dye sublimation, single or double sided. The mesh can carry a single sided print.
Can people see into my tent?
Yes, through the mesh upper. The solid lower half hides anything stored behind your counter.
How does the wall attach?
A full-length Velcro strip attaches to the canopy valance and buckle straps wrap around each leg, with no tools needed.
Can I add zippers?
Yes. Choose Left & Right Zippers in Zipper Options and use a "With Zipper" template for your artwork.

How to Set Up Your Canopy and Mesh Upper Full Wall
Use our video to set up your SignageBuzz pop-up canopy, then follow these steps to hang your mesh upper full wall. It takes about a minute and no tools.
Installing the Mesh Upper Wall
- Open your canopy. Set up the frame and lock the legs at full height, as shown in the video.
- Position the wall. Hold the wall against the side you want to close, with the mesh at the top and the printed panel at the bottom.
- Fasten the top. Press the Velcro along the top edge onto the canopy frame, working from one corner to the other.
- Check the sides. Wrap the buckle straps around each tent leg and pull them snug.
- Smooth it out. Straighten the wall so the mesh and printed panel hang flat.
Setup Tips
- Brush dust off the mesh and wipe it with a soft, damp cloth.
- Let the wall dry fully before packing it after rain.
- Pack the wall loosely to avoid creases in the print.
