A custom printed half wall turns the open lower sides of your pop-up canopy into extra space for your brand. The panel runs along the tent legs at about waist height, so shoppers can still walk in while your logo, message and graphics face everyone passing by. Fabric
600D PU Polyester
Every half wall is printed on 600D polyester with a PU coating. The heavy weave holds its shape on the bar, and the coating helps the panel shrug off moisture at outdoor events.

Support Bar & Clamps
Each wall hangs from an aluminum support bar that locks onto your tent legs with buckle-style clamps. Face the clamps the right way on the frame so the bar sits snug and stays in place. Longer walls add a center support leg or a 2-way connector to keep the span straight.
Single or Double Sided
Single-sided walls show your design to visitors outside the tent. Double-sided walls print both faces and add a block-out layer in between, so each side looks clean and nothing shows through.
Sizes
Choose the half wall that matches your canopy. The 5' x 5' and 10' x 10' walls cover one side of those tents. The 10' x 15' wall spans the 15 ft side, the 10' x 20' wall spans the 20 ft side, and the 13' x 13' wall covers one side of a 13 ft tent. Need a wall for a tent from another brand? Getting your artwork right the first time keeps your order on schedule. Download the template for your wall size and print option, place your design inside the guides, and upload the finished file with your order. For the sharpest result, build your layout in a vector program such as Adobe Illustrator.
Artwork Requirements
- Build your design on the template for the size and print option you ordered.
- Accepted files: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG and SVG. AI and PDF work best.
- Keep the artwork at the same size as the template; do not resize it.
- Maximum upload size is 200 MB. Contact us for larger files.
- Check your file against these requirements before uploading. Artwork that does not meet them can delay production.
Design Tips
- Keep it inside the safe area: keep logos and text away from the edges and the top hem where the support bar runs.
- Extend the background: run background colors and images all the way to the template edge.
- Double sided: use the double-sided template and supply one design for each face.
- Use high-resolution images: 150 dpi at full size or vector artwork keeps logos crisp.
- Outline fonts: convert text to outlines, or include your fonts with the file.

What sizes do your custom printed half walls come in?
We make half walls for five canopy sizes: 5' x 5', 10' x 10', 10' x 15', 10' x 20' and 13' x 13'. Every wall is 37.4" (95 cm) tall. The 10' x 15' and 10' x 20' walls span the long back side of those tents. See the size chart in the Description tab for the exact graphic size of each wall.
Will the half wall fit my pop-up canopy frame?
Our half walls fit 40mm and 50mm hexagonal leg frames. The 13' x 13' wall is made for 50mm frames. If you have a tent from another brand or a different leg size, email sales@signagebuzz.com with your frame measurements before you order and we will confirm the fit.
What material is the half wall made from?
Every wall is printed on 600D PU polyester. The fabric is flame retardant, water resistant and UV protected, and the dye sublimation print is bonded into the fibers so it will not crack or peel.
Should I choose single-sided or double-sided printing?
Choose single-sided if people will only see the wall from outside your booth. Choose double-sided if the wall will be seen from both sides, for example at an open corner. Double-sided walls have a block-out layer between the two prints so neither design shows through.
How do I install a half wall?
Clip the buckle-style clamps onto your tent legs, set the aluminum support bar in place and hang the printed panel. One person can do it in about 5 minutes. The 10' x 15' and 13' x 13' walls include a center support leg, and the 10' x 20' wall uses two 10 ft bars joined by a 2-way connector.
Can I use the half wall outdoors?
Yes. The 600D PU polyester handles sun and light rain at outdoor markets, fairs and sporting events. For long life, let the panel dry fully before you pack it away.
Can I replace the printed panel later?
Yes. The fabric panel can be swapped for a new design without buying new hardware, so you can update your graphics for a new season or campaign and keep using the same bar and clamps.

How to Set Up Your Canopy and Custom Printed Half Wall
Watch our step-by-step video to set up your SignageBuzz pop-up canopy, then follow the steps below to attach your custom printed half wall. Most people finish the half wall in about 5 minutes, and no tools are needed.
Installing the Half Wall
- Set up your tent first. Open the canopy frame and lock the legs at the height you want, as shown in the video.
- Attach the clamps. Snap a buckle-style clamp onto each tent leg at the height of the wall. Face each clamp the right way so it sits snug against the frame.
- Add the support bar. Slide the printed panel onto the aluminum support bar and set the bar into the clamps.
- Support longer walls. For 10' x 15' and 13' x 13' walls, stand the center support leg under the middle of the bar. For a 10' x 20' wall, join the two 10 ft bars with the 2-way connector first.
- Check and tighten. Make sure the panel hangs straight and the clamps are locked before your event starts.
