Fluorescent yellow fabric works best with logos and text darker than the yellow background. For full-color designs, choose standard 600D PU polyester.
How High Visibility Leg Covers Work
Wrap the cover around the tent leg with the printed side out and press the hook and loop straps closed. The reflective strips sit around the leg, so the leg is easy to see from every direction, day or night. The straps adjust to fit square and hex legs on most standard pop-up tents.

Artwork Requirements
- Use the template for your fabric: standard 600D or fluorescent yellow.
- Accepted files: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG and SVG. AI and PDF work best.
- Keep the artwork at the same size as the template.
- Maximum upload size is 200 MB.
- Files that do not meet these requirements can delay production.
Design Tips
- Leave the reflective strips clear: the strips are sewn on top, so keep logos and text away from their position on the template.
- Go vertical: the cover is tall and narrow, so stack your logo or text.
- Fluorescent yellow: use dark colors only; light colors will not show on the yellow fabric.
- Image quality: use vector artwork or 150 dpi images at full size.
- Fonts: convert text to outlines or include your fonts.

How to Set Up Your Canopy and High Visibility Leg Covers

Fitting the Leg Covers
- Open your canopy. Set up the frame and lock the legs at your working height, as shown in the video.
- Position the cover. Hold the cover against the leg with the printed side and reflective strips facing out.
- Wrap the leg. Bring the cover around the leg so the edges meet.
- Fasten the straps. Press the hook and loop straps closed, adjusting for a snug fit.
- Repeat. Fit the remaining covers at the same height for a neat look.
