How the Valance Banner Attaches
The banner has Velcro sewn along its edge. Simply press it onto the bottom of your tent valance and it hangs as a full-width printed strip across that side. Remove it just as easily and swap in a new banner for your next promotion.

Every banner is printed in full color on 600D PU polyester.

Artwork Requirements
- Use the template for your tent size and single or double sided printing.
- Accepted files: PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG and SVG. AI and PDF work best.
- Keep the artwork at the same size as the template.
- Maximum upload size is 200 MB.
- Files that do not meet these requirements can delay production.
Design Tips
- Go wide: the banner is long and short, so set your logo and message in one line.
- Keep text large: use bold, short wording that reads from across the event.
- Mind the Velcro edge: keep text clear of the top edge where the Velcro is sewn.
- Double sided: supply a design for each face on the double sided template.
- Image quality: use vector artwork or 150 dpi images at full size.

What is a tent valance banner?
It is a long printed banner that attaches with Velcro under the valance of your pop-up tent, adding an extra branded strip for your name, offer or message.
What is included?
Each order includes one printed banner made from 600D PU polyester with single side printing and sewn-on Velcro. Double sided printing is available as an option.
Is the price for one banner?
Yes. Each banner covers one side of your tent. Order one for every side you want to brand.
Which tent sizes are available?
We make valance banners for 5x5, 6.5x6.5, 10x10, 10x15, 10x20, 13x13, 13x20 and 13x26 tents.
How big is the banner?
Every banner is 13.4" tall. The length matches your tent, from 59.4" for a 5x5 up to 307.9" for a 13x26.
How does it attach?
Press the Velcro along the banner edge onto the bottom of your tent valance. No tools or hardware are needed.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Single side printing is included, and you can choose double sided printing in the calculator.
Will it fit a tent from another brand?
Most pop-up tents with a valance will work. Add your tent brand and size in Specific Instructions and we will confirm the fit.
Do you help with artwork?
Yes. Design setup is free and we send a 3D mockup within 24 hours, with revisions included.
How long does production and shipping take?
Banners ship in 8 days or less after you approve your proof, to all 48 contiguous US states.
How to Set Up Your Canopy and Tent Valance Banner
Use our video to set up your SignageBuzz pop-up canopy, then follow these steps to add your valance banner. It takes less than a minute per side.
Attaching the Valance Banner
- Open your canopy. Set up the frame with the canopy top and valance in place, as shown in the video.
- Find the right side. Choose the side of the tent where you want the banner.
- Line up the banner. Hold the banner under the valance with the printed side facing out.
- Press the Velcro. Starting at one corner, press the Velcro along the bottom edge of the valance.
- Check it is level. Smooth the banner so it hangs straight across the side.
Setup Tips
- Attach the banner before raising the legs to full height.
- Take banners down in very strong wind.
- Let the banner dry before packing it after rain.
